Delivery Terms of SIA Birne
SIA Birne (Reg. No. 40203362135, registered office: Brīvības gatve 197A, Rīga, LV-1039, tel. +371 26 413 646, email: info@birne.lv), hereinafter – the Seller, provides the following delivery and collection methods:
1. Collection and Delivery Methods
1.1. Collection in person
The Buyer may collect the order at the Seller’s designated address: Brīvības gatve 197A, Rīga, or Kleistu iela 18A–2, Kurzemes District, Rīga, LV-1067.
1.2. Delivery to parcel lockers
If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, we use parcel-locker operators’ services. Delivery costs and the parcel locker location will be offered at the time of selection.
2. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice.
The invoice is issued after the order is confirmed.
An order is considered paid when the Seller receives the payment. If payment is not received within the specified term, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
3. Delivery Costs and Time
Delivery costs and time are indicated at the time of ordering, before payment confirmation.
Delivery to parcel lockers or collection in person usually takes 1–3 business days, if the item is in stock.
If the item is not in stock or requires additional preparation, the delivery time may be longer.
4. Delivery Outside Latvia
Delivery outside the territory of Latvia is provided upon prior arrangement with the Seller.
If provided, additional costs and customs formalities, where applicable, will be indicated.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
In the event of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging.
Refunds are made in accordance with the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
6. Communication and Changes
The Seller reserves the right to make non-material changes to the delivery terms, which will be made publicly available on the website.
